Normal dehydration situations: Thirst, Hot Climate/hot day out, During/after exercise/sport, Travel Dosage instructions: The recommended daily dose for children aged 1-11 is 4 tablets per day The recommended daily dose for children aged 11+ and adults is 8 tablets per day Specific conditions for use: 2 tablets to be dissolved in 200ml of fresh, cold drinking water"
