How it works

Black garlic is raw white garlic that has been fermented over a period of 6 months in a process that concentrates the active ingredient and results in high strength S-allyl cysteine (SAC). This process also removes the tell tale garlic odour. SAC has been clinically proven to effectively reduce cardiovascular risks and circulatory problems. Vitamin D3 is an essential vitamin needed to help regulate the amount of calcium and phosphate in the body to keep bones, teeth and muscles healthy. It is now also advised for some to take a daily vitamin D supplement the whole year round to support immune health. Organic Moringa Leaf is added to support the gut microbiome and nourish from within. Please note: we do not advise the use of Black Garlic for anyone who is prescribed an antiplatelet or anticoagulant. How to use

Adults and children 8yrs+: Take one to two capsules daily, with food. We always recommend that you follow a healthy and balanced diet. All of our capsules can be twisted open and the contents mixed with food or drink, such as a yogurt or smoothie, to consume if required. Caution: we don't advise the use of this supplement during pregnancy or whilst breastfeeding.
